Relocation of Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Community Services for North West Surrey

Surrey and Boarders Partnership are relocating their community services in North West Surrey to their latest community hub building, Unither House in Chertsey. Services will be moving on Monday 3 December and Tuesday 4 December 2018.
Unither House will be the main office base and clinic space for their services supporting people in Runnymede and Spelthorne, but they are currently arranging additional clinic rooms in Staines and Ashford for local people who want their appointments close to home.
Preview Drop-in Sessions:
There will be an opportunity for the partners, stakeholders, people who use the services, carers and staff to take a tour of the new facilities before their teams move in as follows:
- Monday 26 November, 10–3pm, all welcome
- Tuesday 27 November, 10–3pm, all welcome
- Wednesday 28 November, 10–3pm, escorted visits by teams for people who use the services and carers
There is no need to book a place, just go along any time between 10am–3pm.
