Our supported living services offer support to adults with mild/moderate learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders and dual diagnosis. We help our residents work towards becoming more independent, whether it be transitioning from schools, hospitals or their family home.
We offer a range of Supported Living and Outreach Services. We have experience in supporting people with mild, moderate and profound learning disabilities; also young people and children, people with mental health needs, and people who experience Autism and Asperger's.
Caremark (Guildford and Woking)
