Cafe providing an opportunity for social interaction and activities for people with dementia, their carers, family and friends.
Provides telephone information and advice to people with dementia, their carers, family and friends and at public events. Runs a support group in Selsdon, Croydon for current or former carers up to age 65 years, caring for people with dementia.
Meets on the first Wednesday of the month 7.00pm - 9.00pm.
Provides training and educational courses for carers of people with dementia, to help carers gain an understanding and insight into the condition and help them cope with the caring role. Carers must be referred by a health or social care practitioner.
