MacDonald Care Services is a provider of high quality domiciliary care services.
Registered with the Care Quality Commission and a member of the UK Health Care Association, the company works with social services, NHS and private individuals to provide care in your own home in the Surrey and West Sussex areas.
Whether your requirements are short term, temporary or something more permanent, MacDonald Care Services has a range of services that will fulfil your needs.

We employ a team of dedicated care workers who are trained to the highest standards in all aspects of home care.
It is MacDonald Care Services' belief that there is no substitute for professional care delivered in a
good 'old fashioned' style of efficiency, compassion and respect.

There are many different situations where care at home can prove invaluable, such as:

Care after a spell in hospital
Respite care to relieve full time carers including sleepovers
Assistance with day to day living
Getting about

Typically our visits are between 30 minutes and one hour long, sometimes as many as three or four times a day. However we aim to be as flexible as possible and provide care and assistance to meet our clients’ needs.

Some of the services we offer:

Assisting with ‘starting the day’. Help to get up, wash/shower/bath, get dressed and have breakfast Midday meal preparation and ‘ending the day’ again washing, undressing and put to bed
We can go shopping with or without you or arrange for internet shopping
We can prepare food and drink
We can make sure we prompt medication when it is due
We can run you around whether it’s for a hospital appointment; doctor’s visit or a visit to friends and family
We can assist with household chores such as washing, cleaning, washing up and changing bed clothes/making the bed
We can provide a respite service. Where a member of the family is the principal carer, there may be need for relief to allow that person time for themselves
We provide coverage through the night for those who require it, on a sleep night or waking night basis
