The Citizens Advice service is independent and provides free, confidential, impartial advice to everybody regardless of race, gender, sexuality, age or disability.

Our staff are trained to advise on virtually any issue including:

  • Debt
  • Welfare benefits
  • Housing
  • Employment
  • Family and personal matters
  • Taxes
  • Consumer
  • Immigration and nationality

We advise people who live or work in Mole Valley.

Our advice telephone line is open Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm.

We offer a face to face appointment and drop in sessions at our offices in Dorking and Leatherhead.

Dorking - Walk in sessions Monday – Friday 10am– 1pm.  Appointments available Monday – Thursday 1pm-4pm with late afternoon options on a Wednesday by arrangement.

Leatherhead - Walk in face to face sessions Monday – Thursday 10am-1pm. Appointments available Monday – Thursday 1pm – 4pm with late afternoon options on a Thursday by arrangement.
