Tai chi - Staines Community Centre
Description
The Staines Community Centre is a light and airy two-storey building with a cafe on the ground floor. We offer a wide range of activities to help keep the body and mind active plus day trips, hairdressing and chiropody.
Tai chi sessions are held on Tuesday 1-2pm (beginners) and 2-3pm (advanced).
Opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm. Closed bank holidays.
