R.A. Homecare

R.A. Homecare is registered with the Care Quality Commission, and provides personalised support and care to adults aged 18+, including those with complex and/or mental health needs. Through the provision of trained care workers. R.A. Homecare provides assistance with personal, social, and domestic care to those living within the community.

Our visits include 30, 45, and 60+ minutes, waking nights and sleeping nights. One of our dedicated assessors will meet with the client to complete a comprehensive assessment. Then the package of care and carer will be tailored to the client’s needs. We provide a named case worker for each client to ensure continuity and effective communication. We ensure our clients are involved and informed about decisions regarding their care at all times.

Our particular areas of speciality within R.A. Homecare are Dementia, mental health and palliative care. We provide a holistic approach which includes the physical, mental and emotional support of the clients. We use a collaborative approach and work closely with family members, carers and other relevant health care professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for the client.

We aim to re-enable clients back into the community particularly those with a history of being in inpatient settings. We are keen to engage individuals within the community, and to provide them with the support to learn or regain their activities of daily living. This also includes support with seeking voluntary work, building new social networks, and education or future employment.
Our aim is to support clients to be as independent as possible within their own home and to avoid unnecessary hospital admissions where possible.

Please call us and we will be happy to arrange an assessment or answer any questions.
