Walking Basketball - Horley Leisure Centre

Walking Basketball provides low impact, cardio exercise, incorporating constant brisk walking. It improves fitness and is mentally challenging. Playing as part of a team, it brings a sense of camaraderie which is fun and rewarding.

The Urban Ballers Basketball Club practice their walking basketball sessions at the Horley leisure Centre and are coached by a former Olympic basketball silver medallist.

New members are always welcome to come down and play with new friends.
