Versus Arthritis - Reigate & District Branch

The Reigate & District branch of the national charity Versus Arthritis (formerly Arthritis Care) gives people with arthritis the opportunity to meet each other and share their experiences.

The Reigate support group meets on the fourth Thursday of the month at 2.30pm at the Woodhatch Centre, Reigate.

Meetings start with an optional half-hour exercise session, followed by a guest speaker. Talks may be about medical matters or something completely unrelated to arthritis, such as home security or the history of Fleet Street. Meetings conclude with a cup of tea and a raffle.

Their aim is to improve the quality of life for members. The exercise sessions improve mobility and pain management courses help you deal with the daily stress of living with a chronic condition.
